**Descripción del puesto**

Empresa líder en logística busca un **Order Management Specialist** responsable de gestionar integralmente los pedidos de clientes, garantizando exactitud, cumplimiento en tiempos de entrega y coordinación efectiva con áreas de logística, almacén y servicio al cliente.

**Responsabilidades**

Procesar y dar seguimiento a pedidos en sistemas ERP (SAP/MRP).

Monitorear el ciclo completo de las órdenes: recepción, validación, surtido y entrega.

Asegurar la correcta facturación y documentación de cada pedido.

Coordinarse con áreas internas (almacén, transporte, servicio al cliente) para garantizar el cumplimiento.

Resolver incidencias relacionadas con pedidos y entregas.

Elaborar reportes de cumplimiento de pedidos e indicadores de desempeño (OTIF, SLA).

Colaborar con mejoras de procesos para optimizar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro.

**Requisitos**

Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

Experiência mínima de **3 años en gestión de pedidos / order management** en logística, manufactura o retail.

Manejo obligatorio de **SAP y/o sistemas MRP**.

Conocimiento en procesos de logística, embarques e inventarios.

Inglés intermedio/avanzado; **Chino es un plus**.

Experiência mínima de 3 años en la industria de almacenes y logística, preferentemente en manufactura.

Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en El Salto, Jalisco.

**Ofrecemos**

Sueldo mensual de **$50,000 MXN brutos**.
