**We are globle leading provider of cold-forging and stamping products and solutions, We have been deeply involved in this industry for over 20 years.**
We supplier of high-strength fasteners, special cold forgings, stampings, and machined metal parts for top global automotive manufacturers and OEMs. Their products are extensively used in various automotive systems such as engines, chassis, body structures, battery packs, door locks, seats, and rearview mirrors, and are exported to regions like North America and Asia.
**Job Information**:
Position Title: Quality Manager
Department: Quality Department
Reporting to: Plant Manager of Mexico Factory
Work Location: Saltillo, Mexico
**Responsibilities**:
1) System Construction: Fully responsible for the company's quality work, organize and formulate quality management policies, establish corresponding quality objectives and guide their implementation; organize and guide the construction of the quality management system, continuously improve and optimize, carry out management system reviews and certifications to ensure the effectiveness, adequacy, and applicability of the system.
2) Supervision and Audit: Audit the company's quality control processes and system standards, and supervise and inspect the execution of quality; responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating quality inspection work; implement supplier quality management and new supplier access evaluation.
3) Quality Improvement: Lead and coordinate with various departments to carry out major quality improvement and cost control projects, organize and formulate quality improvement plans, and guide and supervise the implementation by various departments.
4) Problem Handling: Organize and carry out quality monitoring of products, identify and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner, including non-conformance review management, participate in the handling of major quality risks and accidents; organize and carry out the management, investigation, and processing of quality complaints.
5) Training and Guidance: Responsible for internal personnel quality training and mentorship to improve the skill level of internal staff and improve team building; responsible for quality management training and guidance for personnel in business and production departments, and continuously improve quality awareness and management capabilities.
**Job Requirements**:
1) Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, metal materials, or related fields.
2) Work Experience: More than 8 years of experience as a quality engineer in the automotive parts metal processing industry, with more than 3 years of quality management experience, familiarity with fastener products is preferred.
3) Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with the quality system operation and management requirements, and audit requirements of automotive OEMs and global Tier 1 customers; proficient in quality management systems such as IATF16949.
4) Language Requirements: English as a working language.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
