Purpose
Will be responsible of the local recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with the global Allianz Partners CoE and EVP.
Coordinate all recruitment efforts for the BU and the GCC throughout the recruitment team.
Primary responsibilities
Talent acquisition:
- Lead and coordinate local recruitment strategy and efforts for operational and non-operational vacancies in Mexico BU and Global Competence Center.
- Adhere to recruitment and selection process, propose and implement improvements; ensuring attract the talent required by all areas in the company.
- Explore and open sourcing channels, increase employee branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the labor market.
- Define employee journey that ensure employee´s satisfaction thought-out recruitment and incorporation process.
KPI:
- Define and follow up of applicant tracking and Key Performance Indicators of the function, analyze them and propose and implement necessary improvements.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment reports.
- Maintains accurate and concise records.
Employee branding:
- Ensure local implementation of employee branding and employee value proposition aligned with global strategy
- Secondary responsibilities:
- Conduct on boarding trainings for new hires
Handle any further duties as assigned / required by the hierarchy
Working conditions
- Working hours: 08am-05pm
- Working days: Monday-Friday
Minimum qualifications
- 5-7 years-experience in recruitment function
- Bachelor / master degree in business related field
- Excellent level of English written and spoken
- Strong people and organization skills
