**YOU ARE**:

- Possessing a Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar area
- Showing practice with Help Desk systems (desirable)
- Experienced in MS Windows 10, Linux (Ubuntu), macOS
- Having knowledge of basic MS Windows Servers, Linux-like systems and macOS systems administration
- Skills & Abilities_
- Intermediate+ English level or higher (desirable)
- Ukrainian language would be an advantage
- Troubleshooting, 'getting things done' and client-oriented attitude
- Using checklists; working under pressure
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

- Installing and configuring workstation software as hiring procedure or by individual request
Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting root causes and solving them
- Configuration and support of technical devices and workstations in meeting rooms and guest rooms according to scheduled maintenance plan or by request
- Tracking tickets to closure or raising them to L3 Support if it requires deeper analysis and additional advisory
- Tracking and signing hardware delivery invoices
- Tracking tickets to proper status, updates, reassignment, and due-dates
- Configuration and maintaining SCS in server rooms, workrooms, meeting rooms, and guest rooms
- Informing CSI Team about updating corporate knowledge base in case of changes
- Performing workstation hardware and periphery devices maintenance (according to schedule or by request): checking, repairing, replacement
- Installation and configuration of workstation hardware on-demand of hiring, new host or relocation requests, uninstalling in case of dismissal/release, etc.
- Supporting corporate servers and corporate network equipment (according to L3 layer request), forecasting potential risks, proposing solutions
- Service centers/Vendors/Suppliers in the scope of hardware devices repair services
- Ensuring the logistics for transporting hardware devices between company offices and/or Service Centers/Vendors/Suppliers
- Onboarding newcomers regarding corporate IT Services, rules, and security policies
- Performing installation and configuration of workstation hardware for sponsorship, and/or sale (according to request)
