We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.**Responsibilities**:- **Technical Support**: Provide first and second-level support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Assists Corporate IT on the West Coast by providing support for our East Coast Offices/time zones.- **System Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Refurbishing and re-imaging laptops.- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to implement and support IT projects and initiatives**Qualifications**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role and have been a global admin at a previous position.- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus- **Physical Requirement**: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.**C3 AI provides a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.**C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
