We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Instructional Designer**

**Responsibilities**
- Leadership
- Serve as lead instructional designer and supervise the work of instructional designers in the team.
- Serve as the senior reviewer and design lead for projects.
- Should have demonstrated experience in managing teams.
- Should have demonstrated experience in being a people manager.
- Should be able to identify competency gaps for instructional designers in the team and mentor them to achieve higher levels of quality and productivity.
- Should have extensive client facing/customer management experience.
- Should have excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively comprehend and conceptualize the output of the product.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, training strategy, and content development.
- Thorough understanding and experience of working on ILTs and WBTs, using effective instructional strategies.
- Experience of working on varied learning interventions like video-based learning, game-based learning, micro-learning, and so on will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to independently manage all aspects of instructional design with ability to research, perform training needs analysis, prepare designs, and review deliverables to ensure quality.
- Experience in defining learning solutions (solution architecting), working on RFPs, PoCs, proposals, and design notes.
- Experience in business development initiatives and client pitch/walkthroughs.
- Experience in working on LMS projects would be an added advantage.
