**Master Data Specialist - Sales Support**:

Operate Master Data lifecycle: Master Data creation, update and archive/deletion processes by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Provide support for Master Data management processes.

**This position reports to**:
Customer Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creates, implements and maintains master data solutions that enable internal and external customers meeting the requirements for the sales business.
- Works as a leading functional practitioner in a consulting area.
- Takes a lead role to propose consulting services to meet the customer's needs.
- Leads or supports the development of a special technology or area of best practice.
- Makes contacts at senior level (e.g. Site Manager, Technical Director) Consults business and proposes engineering solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provides technical support and guidance to sales team for offer preparation.
- Ensures delivery of assignments as per the agreed contract.
- Creates work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility.
- Conducts risk and opportunity assessments for consulting assignments.
- Proposes and initiates actions to mitigate and control risks in one’s area of responsibility. Builds network - internally and externally - for exchange of information.
- Provides support and technical advice to colleagues.
- Supports in the development of new tools and processes for engineering effectiveness. Ensures usage of standard process and tools.
- Contributes to achieve agreed business financial targets for a technology, business area or consulting team.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis or computer programming.
- Knowledge in SAP, advanced level of Excel, Power BI and Salesforce.
- Experience with customer service and customer training.
- Advanced English level.
