We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to cover Centro Occidente Mexico. If you are a sales professional with passion for the HVAC industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

**Your role and impact**
As our Territory Sales Manager for Centro-Occidente MX, you'll play a pivot role in expanding our presence in Mexico by executing our sales strategy and building strong partnership.
You will be our dynamic local Business Developer, providing education and promoting our solutions, researching the market and generating projects for our partners. Your primary focus will be to increase sales in your territory by working closely with architects, consulting engineers, contractors and facility owners. You will demonstrate a hunter mentality in finding opportunities and a competitive desire to win.
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Understanding and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and online resources to stay informed about HVAC sector to effectively position our products in Centro-Occidente MX.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Contractors, Manufacturer Reps and Wholesalers to expand our network.
- Review projects in your territory, coordinate with Inside Sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales.
- Actively participate in local industry events such as Trade Shows / Expos to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections..
- Maintain and daily update critical information in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.

**Desirable Experience and Skills**:
- HVAC background, technical or engineering experience will be considered as a plus.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in sales management, customer service, follow-up and after sales, demonstrating measurable and proven results.
- Strong presentation skills, coupled with proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM usage.
- Comfortable working independently while appreciating the value of teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory 80% of the time.
- English is an advantage, since FabricAir is an international company.
