**IT Support Technician (Rosarito)**

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and provide daily support in a warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage technical support requests through the support portal.
- Install and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice).
- Provide support for the configuration and maintenance of printers and scanners.
- Maintain and support access control systems and door hardware.
- Configure and support mobile devices using management tools.
- Provide support for communication radios and PA systems.
- Perform installation and basic maintenance on security camera systems.
- Operate scissor lifts for network installations and work at heights as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Experience with access control systems and electronic locks.
- Familiarity with mobile device management systems.
- Knowledge of networking, Access Point installation, and troubleshooting of mobile devices.
- Ability to solve technical problems and perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with users at various levels within the organization.
- Must be comfortable operating scissor lifts and working at heights.
