**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Open Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of Information Technology principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to explain highly technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.
- Works with various teams and in coordination with Management under general organized policies and procedures
- Most of the work is performed in a fast paced office and production settings with frequent interruptions, adjustments, and the need to deal with a diversity of people and tasks
- Database administration, management of (ERP/PICK/SQL).
- Programming, design and process control of ERP, MRP, CRP, EDI. Manufacturing data, inventory control and cycle counting
- Experience with CnC systems (Kuris, auto metrix and calmotion) is a plus
- +1 year experience in Enterprise network technologies including work servers, work stations, laptops, desktops, tablets, smart devices, routers, switches/firewalls/VPN
- SharePoint 3.0 and newer, fax server, Exchange 2010 and newer
- Have the ability to work in team environment or independently while being flexible in a fast-paced changing environment
- Enterprise network cabling including; cat5/PBX, security camera
- Barcoding and RF device management
- Telnet and VT-100 terminal emulation
- Experience with SIEMs and enterprise cyber security/endpoint protection
- Business/Manufacturing processes; understand, design, build and implementation preferred
- Interdepartmental advice, supervision and process control

**Responsabilities;**
- Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
- Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the Information Technology team; develops plans to implement these needs.
- Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.
- Specifications, procurements and implementations of necessary technologies both software and hardware to maximize resource availability and efficiencies.
- Oversees backup, security, and endpoint protection of all network devices.
- Remains current on advances in technology.
- Provides technical support to users; able to troubleshoot, repair and or replace all necessary hardware and software utilized by the enterprise.
- Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as:

- Adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company. (rules and regulations, codes, policies, procedures, protocols, etc.).
- Report immediately any unsafe act or condition detected or aware of Propose and implement improvement actions.
