Implica realizar una variedad de tareas de servicio al cliente en el sitio para respaldar la preparación eficiente del embalaje, la carga y el transporte de los envíos del cliente a la ubicación de origen de FedEx nacional en los EE. UU. desde una ubicación internacional; responde a las necesidades del cliente, incluida información sobre productos, servicios y envío; e identifica problemas y soluciones para garantizar un servicio al cliente de calidad.

**Descripción general del puesto**:
Bajo supervisión general realiza las siguientes actividades:

- Proporciona soporte al cliente en el sitio respondiendo las consultas de los clientes sobre envíos, productos y servicios, garantizando la capacidad de respuesta a todas las necesidades, problemas y requisitos.
- Prepara el etiquetado de todos los paquetes que se enviarán por tierra a las ubicaciones nacionales de FedEx en los EE. UU. para su distribución por FedEx en los EE. UU.
- Coordina la carga de envíos en la ubicación del cliente para cumplir con los cronogramas y requisitos de envío del cliente.
- Se le puede exigir que realice otras tareas asignadas

**Requisitos mínimos**:
**Nível Mínimo de Estudios**:

- Preparatoria concluida/equivalente.
- Dominio del inglés (600 puntos TOEIC).

**Experiência mínima**:

- Se prefiere experiência previa en servicio al cliente y familiaridad con los productos y servicios de FedEx.
- Experiência trabajando en un entorno de ritmo rápido. Preferente

**Habilidades mínimas requeridas**:

- Se requieren excelentes relaciones humanas y habilidades organizativas.
- Se requieren conocimientos básicos de informática.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar los diferentes turnos requeridos.
