**Requisitos Generales**:
- Inglés mínimo 50%
- ** Experiência deseable en negociaciones con hospitales y/o cuadros básicos**(privado y descentralizado)
- Última calificación de MyPM satisfactoria (Candidatos Internos)
- Métricas de SPP en Objetivo (Candidatos Internos)
- Con un desempeño en ventas de Segmento 1 y Segmento 2, o aquellos Representantes de Ventas que hayan hecho crecer su territorio 2 Quintiles en el último año (Candidatos Internos)
- Resultados comerciales exitosos comprobables en los últimos dos años (Candidatos externos)
- Cumplir con los Comportamientos de Liderazgo (Comunicación clara y asertiva, compromiso, trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad, toma de decisiones, acción, empatía)
- Altos estándares de ética en el ámbito personal y profesional

Responsable de abrir mercado y generación de demanda en mercado de Dermatología en privado e instituciones del sector salud (IMSS, ISSSTE & HDE)
Responsable de acceso y Gestión en los procesos de compra en Instituciones Descentralizadas
Búsqueda y desarrollo de nuevos negocios en mercado Privado y Descentralizados

**Base en**: Monterrey
**Zona de viaje**: Tamaulipas (Tampico, Aéreo, 2 Noches), Nuevo Laredo (Terrestre, 1 Noche), Victoria (Terrestre, 2 Noches), Reynosa (Terrestre, 1 Noche)
**Promedio de días en viaje al mes**: De 6 a 7 días.
