Responsible for executing the retail strategy in México, overseeing project implementation, hand-book enforcement, and ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures across all retail POS.

**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong knowledge and experience in retail operation
- **4-5 years of experience** as a Retail Operation Manager
- Back of House and Front of House Experience.
- Experience managing two people directly.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience in retail or luxury business.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor sales goal achievement, image, and service compliance according to company guidelines.
- Implement commercial strategy and engage the team in its execution.
- Collaborate with all HO areas (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, VM, Store Planning) to ensure successful commercial calendar execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth operations, including P&P compliance, staff schedules, FOH, and BOH.
- Develop and provide feedback to store supervisors, staff, and the RO team in collaboration with the Training and Performance Managers.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring correct administration and implementation of the Handbook at all POS.
- Supervise store auditing, checklist compliance, and adherence to FOH/BOH standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, working with Finance to mitigate risks.
- Oversee Loss Prevention policies, ensuring all POS follow company procedures and take immediate corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local laws regarding pricing, civil protection, H&SE, etc.
- Safeguard store assets and minimize risk by taking necessary precautions.
- Conduct weekly checklist reviews with Finance.
- Lead execution and implementation of retail special projects.
- Oversee logistics and staff transfers for special projects.
- Coordinate and execute Commercial Meetings.
