Agencia KTBO está en búsqueda de un Operations Manager.

**Experiência**
- Experiência clara en manejo o administración de herramientas enfocadas en operaciones de agencia (Ej. Monday, Timely, Brandwatch, etc)
- Claras habilidades de comunicación para dar trainings y capacitaciones
- Deseable experiência en una Agencia de Publicidad o de Marketing - Habilidades de autogestión y organización
- Inglés en nível suficiente para comunicarse con equipos de Brasil
- Proactividad para desarrollar y llevar a la vida y optimizar constantemente planes de comunicación y desarrollo de uso de plataformas

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollo de planes y documentos de capacitación regionales
- Gestión de Herramientas Regionales (Monday, Timely)
- Implementación del Proceso de Capacitación de Onboardings de herramientas
- Desarrollo de presentaciones y materiales de capacitación
- Elaboración de reportes de uso de herramientas
- Diseño e implementación de planes de comunicación de uso de herramientas internas (redes internas, correos)
- Generación de manuales, tutoriales e infografías de uso de herramientas
- Gestión y comunicación con proveedores de herramientas
- Negociación con proveedores de herramientas
- Generar e implementar pilotos y licitaciones de nuevas herramientas de operaciones
