- Job Location : Guadalajara_Mexico-

- Department : QX Recruitment Process Outsourcing- Recruitment Consultant- Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with your clients to understand their plans and objectives.
- Continue to attract talent by using job boards and various social media platforms.
- Build an internal and external network.
- Negotiate compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant.
- Adhere to recruitment compliance processes.

Essential skills- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in any of these verticals (Non IT/Engineering/Automobiles/Manufacturing)
- Must have International exposure experience working in international market such as USA.
- Direct Hiring Experience(Permanent Market)
- Full recruitment life cycle in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure.
- Professional telephonic etiquette.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean search logic, X-Ray search, LinkedIn search.
