HandCloud Solutions es consultoría con más de 6 años de experiência, siempre respaldados por un equipo capacitado y comprometido a brindar un servicio de calidad excepcional, garantizando así la confiabilidad de nuestros clientes.Nuestra misión es acercar la innovación tecnológica a las organizaciones y facilitar su transformación digital mediante un plan de acción basado en las mejores prácticas de la industria.Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuevo talento con pasión por la tecnologíaFunciones Principales- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.- Research and choose job advertising options.- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.- Participate in job fairs and career events.- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.Principales habilidades requeridas:- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.- Knowledge of labor legislation.- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub).- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.- Strong decision-making skills.- BSc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.Ofrecemos:- Prestaciones de Ley- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Clases de inglés- Home Office- Bonos por home office- Capacitación continua- Excelente ambiente laboralTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones superiores a las de leyHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
