**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Process engineer in charge of the operation KPIS in order to understand how run the business
- Productivity and production meetings
- Responsible to follow up and improve the 90 days transformation plan
- Responsible to administer the weekly kaizen events and the following of it
- Visit Management with USA directors and customers
- Excel advanced to do and create the administrative reports
- Conversational English and ease of speech

**Preferred Years of Experience**:
3-5 years

**Preferred Education**:
Engineering bachelor degree

**Experience Preferred**:

- Experience as Process Engineer in Electronic Assemble Industry
- Knowledge of Wave Solder process and Manual Insertion Processes
- Experience in Line Balancing and standard work
