**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree or Engineering in Business administration or similar
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferred in recruiting activities
Language skills (English) intermediate
Labor law is highly desirable

People and customers oriented
Training processes previous experience
Knowledge of SAP preferred
