**YOUR ROLE**

As Production Control Specialist on our team, you will: Execute, coordinate, analyze and update customer EDI demand volume and working plans for EDS plants in America. Act as contact to EDI volume global analysis/request.

Identify Risk and Opportunities to the operation, to activate reaction plans at plant level and Customer Claims in coordination to Commercial team.

Analyze, coordinate, and execute Customer Claims.

**In your daily job you will**:

- Customer EDI demand volume Analysis for all plants in America.
- Coordinate with sites and obtain root causes of customer volume variation. Identify risk and opportunities to activate reaction plans.
- Coordinate customer claims with plants and commercial team.
- Report out EDI volume to: Global, Corporate, local Finance, Americas Management.
- Define EDI volume Guides for next Revenue Forecast submission

**YOUR BACKGROUND**

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

- Experience in Customer service area at automotive industry (5 years minimum)
- Bachelors degree Logistics or related
- English level advanced
- Microsoft Office & Excel proficient
- SAP EDI key transactions understanding
- Revenue Forecast JAS file flow
- Power BI / Qlik software as user
