They go the extra mile for their clients and accelerate their digital transformation with the Mosaic platform enabling their mobile, social, analytics, IoT, and cloud journeys.Our client is a USD 3.4 billion company with 90,000+ professionals across five continents, helping global customers with innovative solutions.The Group operates in the key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying a leadership position in the construction industry, financial industry, and technology.We are currently searching for a** Production Support Specialist**:**Responsibilities**:- Provide **24x7 production support** in a financially impactful payment environment.- Manage **incidents, changes, and problem resolution** within the payment domain.- Monitor and troubleshoot **TCP/IP** traces and payment-related issues.- Ensure compliance with **ISO 8583, ISO 20022**, and other payment regulations.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in a **24x7 production support** environment for financial services.- 3+ years of experience in **incident, change, and problem management**.- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.- Experience with **ISO 8583, ISO 20022**, and payment systems like **ACH, RTP, SWIFT**.**Desired**:- Familiarity with **MuleSoft, Murex**, and **payment card systems**.- Knowledge of **cross-border and domestic payments** regulations.- Experience reading **TCP/IP traces** and understanding of technical issues in card payments.**Languages**- Advanced Oral English.- Native Spanish.**Note**:- Hybrid.
