- esponsible for accurately executing the process of calculating bonuses, retroactive payments, discounts, withholdings, settlements, among others. P
- repare weekly pre-payroll reconciliations, payroll comparisons and overtime payments. V
- erify that the validation reports for each process (check-list) are correctly processed and documented before affecting the payroll. M
- anages grocery voucher portal for the assignment of accounts in the payroll system and electronic distribution of vouchers. R
- esolves questions and provides information to staff about complex problems related to the payroll process. C
- ancel unpaid settlement payments. P
- articipate in internal/external audits. R
- esponsible for maintaining updated processes and/or procedures for assigned activities. K
- eeps payroll files up to date. A
- nalyzes and executes the processes of his position with discretion. L
- ead process improvement activities to identify efficiencies in the execution of the payroll transactions P
- rovide support in various activities in the payroll area and Human Resources department

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relatedment 5
- **+ years of experience in Payroll end to end processing for manufacturing and non-manufacturing environ P**:
- **roficient in HR-Payroll Tress system (reporting and payroll module is a must) E**:
- xperience with HR SAP module is a plus P
- **roficient in IMSS, IDES, SUA management E**:
- **xperience managing IMSS audits, requirements and disputes E**:
- **xperience in calculating Fonacot and Infonavit withholdings E**:
- xperience implementing controls and audits to guarantee effective execution of payroll processes E
- xperience partnering with local or global stakeholders with a strong focus on customer satisfaction E
- xperience in project management for local or global implementations is a plus
