SHIFT:
TRAINING 8:00AM TO 4:00PM (1-2 WEEKS)
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (NINE-HOUR SHIFT, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.))
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16000
- MONTHLY GROSS PERFORMANCE BONUS UP TO $5,100 METRICS BASED ON INTAKES AND PERFECT ATTENDANCE TO BE ELEGIBLE.
- BONUS WILL BE PAYED ONCE A MONTH.
- $1500 FOOD STAMPS (EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO START AT LEAST THE 5TH DAY OF - THE MONTH TO RECEIVE PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING MONTH)
- 4% SAVINGS STAMPS
- 15 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS (INCREASES 1 DAY PER YEAR, UP TO 21 DAYS)
- ALL OTHER LAW BENEFITS: VACATIONS, IMSS, PROFIT SHARE
