**About the role**:
Regional Sales - North Zone (Clamping and Gripping)
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
The regional sales provide service and technical support to our customers and dealers in gripping technology, automation technology, Tool-holding and work-holding in order to achieve satisfaction and successful sales.
**Key responsibilities**:
Attend and develop the north zone
Source and grow sales with new high potential business
Prospective new customers and recovering lost customers
Generate sales reports in CRM system
Provide technical and commercial support to customers
Perform post-sale work achieving customer satisfaction
Works with inside sales representatives to keep account sales projects
Travels throughout assigned territory to achieve sales
Achieve sales KPI´s by different product line (Gripping technology, automation technology, Tool-holding and work-holding)
**Qualifications**:
**We are looking for**
Degree: Electric, mechatronic, industrial engineer or related career
+2 years of sales experience working in metal mechanic industry
Strong negotiation skills
Pneumatic and electronic knowledge
Passion for selling
Customer service skills
Customer development skills
Ability to function independently with no supervision in the zone
Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
Disciplined self-starter with ability to multi-task
Upper Intermediate English is a must
