**What you will do?**

**How you will do it?**
- Identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes.
- Consults with process owners, supervisors and managers key process improvement opportunities and supports the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the HRSSC organization.
- Evaluate work related issues and suggest technology remediation to resolve issues.
- Act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Can engage in driving local programs on various efforts aligned to culture and engagement.
- Provides reports to HRSSC Leadership on project status and key deliverables.
- Offers guidance, tips, and shares best practices in the use of the systems and platforms used in the HRSSC.

**What are we looking for?**
- Implementation of advanced macros in Excel.
- Ability to design, build and deploy MS Power Platform systems (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experienced in.NET and Visual Studio.
- Hands-on development experience on SharePoint
- High Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Able to handle large amounts of data in excel or other database programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong process orientation; demonstrated experience in planning and execution.
- High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations in English.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers and peers.
- Detail oriented.
- High Customer Service orientation

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in CI, Lean Initiatives
- Power BI
- ServiceNow
