Main link between program manager group (commercial group) and plant. Providing proactive feedback to Applications Engineer and commercial group ensuring manufacturability of the product and reliable process. Drive multi-functional team (Plant) to ensure NPI events on time at the plant. Responsible of kaizen & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process. Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives. Follow APQP process according with AIAG standards. Adherence to PEP. Suggest NPI, Application & Product engineers to improve product quality. Coordinates execution of preproduction plan within required specific machines and/or specific lines. Responsible to develop overall program strategy at Plant level to meet Program milestones on time. Experiência y requisitos

Bachelor's Degree 3-5 year experience in product development and pre-production runs/builds. Project Management skills. Bilingual (Spanish-English). Familiar with Automotive Industry processes (e.g. APQP, Change control, SAP, and drawing/specification). Knowledge on capacity planning based on line configuration and modules for manufacturing. Familiar with machining equipment and assembly of products desirable. Familiar with quality systems & standards, e.g. IATF 16949-2016 or equivalent industry standards.
