We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates.Requisition ID: 73323- Is responsible on managing e all Customer Service functions such as but not limited to: communication from the factory to corporate offices (Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Offshore plants) on regards UTFGs plans, Commits, OTD including reasons for misses and recovery plans, manage and respond to executive escalations, support factory readiness for NPI products by reporting Lead Lots start dates, WIP position and UTFGs commitments. Supervisor of Customer Service Managers by customer and market segment (Polo, Samsung, Automotive, 5G, WiFi, etc.). Create a feasible MPS plan for week 2, 3, 4 & 5 by running risk assessments on raw materials shortages and capacity and inform SCM in a timely manner. Supervisor of Wafer Probe, Wafer Level CSP, SMT and Die Attach Loading planners and secure MRP is fully loaded, optimize and maximize the factory starts and work with Raw Materials department when materials shortages are identified, work proactively to prevent factory stoppages, keep a steady flow on the factory starts, hit factory targets on volume and complexity, align factory starts to Financial and Industrial engineering targets. Provide insights about Assy Outs and UTFGs weekly performance by managing and monitoring WIP levels and Cycle Time. Lead Advance Planning system implementation for Mxli Skyworks working with internal and external stakeholders.- Requirements:- Master degree related to SCM- Bilingual- Knowledge in SAP, MS Office, APS- Experience in Planning, customer support, QSI, and manufacturing systems for electronic components.Skyworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
