**Who**

The Data Center Routing and Switching TAC team is made up of highly responsive and self-driven technology experts who love what they do. We provide final level technical support on a worldwide basis to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers.

**We are looking for team members that are trained in Data Center Switching products and IP Routing technologies.**

Using on the job training, our teammates provide support for the Nexus 9K, Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K, 4K and, 2K suite of switches (both hardware and software) as well as the routing technologies used to interconnect network devices.

You will collaborate internally and externally to troubleshoot & debug product problems. Our engineers require the analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve complex product and network problems. You will effectively utilize lab setups to recreate and solve problems, act as a technical guru and, provide support on a world-wide basis at a peer level.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5 years of progressive experience in related occupation.
- Experience or Certifications in one or more of the following is preferred
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
- Prior customer support experience is preferred.

**Desired Skills**:

- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Networking, products and protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to resolve problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
