**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Account Management**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing concerns, identifying opportunities, and promoting additional service capacity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Business Development Support**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through both internal databases and external market research.
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce services and generate qualified leads.
- **Onboarding Coordination**:
- Oversee the initial setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all requirements are met and operations are aligned for a successful launch.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain an organized control file of all sales opportunities, categorized by sales representative and stage of development.
- Track progress by monitoring timelines, probability of success, and communication history.
- Consolidate and present sales pipeline updates during weekly sales calls and in follow-up reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, account management, or sales coordination; experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
