So, if you can handle cloud computing and rock basic tech skills, you're in for a wild rideJob Summary:Key Responsibilities:Job Posting, Sourcing & Remote Scouting:Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (job boards, company website, social media).Screening & Interviewing:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaboration & Consultation:Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired qualifications.Participate in workforce planning meetings to anticipate future hiring needs.Offer Management & Onboarding:Work with the HR team to ensure smooth transitions during the onboarding process.Coordinate pre-employment checks, background screening, and reference checks.Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, best practices, and legal compliance.Employer Branding:Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing and social media.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) or similar role.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques.Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.Preferred Skills:Experience in recruiting for (industry-specific roles).Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Working Conditions:remote workJoin the Tax Goddess Team - A Top 1% Tax Strategist Firm in the USAWhy Tax Goddess?Step away from the corporate confines of the Big 4 and embrace a role where flexibility, personal impact, and continuous growth define your career.
