How You Will Make a Difference
Responsible to perform administrative task in the Technical Services Team, providing guidance for systems and processes in order to achieve quality compliance and operational excellence
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Elaborate Service Contracts and gather internal approvals and signature and register the signed contracts in the required systems.
- Service billing.
- Manage company assets consistently with service objectives.
- Manage customer, installed products and contract information in ServiceMax.
- Review and validate case information to guarantee are correctly completed and documented before case closure.
- Provide system support to Field Engineers.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated and track that all required documentation is complaint to the procedures.
- Administrate critical information as Retrofits, field implementation completion reports, service requests and reports, calibration of the service equipment, RMAs, customer calls and all the technical service related documents in general.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance plan, document it in the system and track compliance with Field Service Engineers.
- Manage the spare parts stock replenishment by analyzing field requirements, planning and ordering required spare parts.
- Responsible for system inventory accuracy and working with Warehouse to resolve issues related to spare parts shipments and returns.
- Managed used spare parts for local destruction or returned to ITC.
Elaborate operational reports as required.

- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Administration or related)- Intermediate level of English- Advanced level of Excel- Experience working with SAP- Experience using Service Max- Experience administrating service operations
