**Accounts Payables Analyst**:
**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full time-Permanent | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid

Your challenges within the role will be:

- The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting (preferred), Economics, Banking or Administration indispensable.
- +1 years of previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong knowledge of AP related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries
- Experience working with ERP systems in the past - Navision a plus
- MS Office experience required including intermediate Excel knowledge is a must

**Nice to have**:

- Concur experience is a plus.
- Fides bank processing experience is a plus.
- Advanced English is an important plus..

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
- Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good prioritization and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
