Actualmente buscamos un **Ejecutivo(a) de Atención al Cliente**altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades del rol:

- Ser un **embajador de nuestras marcas**:

- Comunicar confianza y claridad en interacciones con clientes y prospectos
- Trabajar en un entorno **dinámico y medido por métricas**:

- Reducir tiempos de respuesta a clientes e incrementar los **canales de contacto**:

- Brindar soporte al **100% de las marcas**

**Requisitos**:

- Bachillerato concluido
- Mínimo **1 año de experiência** en atención al cliente (call center / CSR)
- Experiência manejando **CRM**:

- Deseable experiência en canales de venta **e-commerce**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación **oral y escrita**

**Zona de trabajo**: Cuautitlán Izcalli
**Jornada laboral**:

- Lunes a viernes: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sábados: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
