Objetivo: Comprender la visión de mediano y largo plazo de B2B, las prioridades estratégicas del negocio.Trabajará en el diseño y ejecución de las principales iniciativas de transformación de Nestlé Cerca de Ti. 1) Aceleradora B2B Xponencial, liderar el plan de trabajo colaborativo con Endeavor para la primera convocatoria de la aceleradora 2) Coordinación de workshops multidisciplinarios y con partners para las principales iniciativas de transformación digital del canal: CRM y Backoffice Sunset. 3) Ejecución de los proyectos bajo el programa eB2B de la Zona: ecommerce platform, digital backbone. 4) Social Commerce and external marketplace initiatives 5) Marketing and Comms SPOC.

Actividades:
Ejecución de pilotos de B2B Xponencial y liderar el enlace con Endeavor en todas las fases del programa: scouting mission, acceleration program, design sprint & pilot testing; comunicación en redes sociales y coordinación de eventos.

Diseñar y ejecutar workshops internos y externos para principales retos de digitalización del canal.

Implementación ecommerce platform (programa regional)

Test and learn/ pilot testing: social commerce y otras iniciativas de marketplaces como Bees y Compre Ahora

Marketing and Comms SPOC (NBS, Change Management, Marketing teams, designers)

**Perfil**:
Licenciatura en Negocios, Ing. Insutrial, Marketing o afín

3 a 4 años de experiência en Ventas, Design Thinking, Incubadora de Ideas o afín

Nível de Inglés Avanzado

Agile/ Scrum

Design Thinking

Uso de software administrativos (Excell, Acces,PBI)front-end (solo para creacion de ambientes)

Apertura al cambio, experimentación, cometer errores, buscar un cambio de path de carrera.
