**Position Summary**
This position reports to the Credit Cards Supervisor and is responsible for card processing, refunds, adjustments, chargebacks and payment research.
**Essential Functions**

- Processing of Credit Card Authorizations
- Answering phones (manual authorizations)
- Settle of daily transactions
- Processing of Adjustment Notifications
- Application of payments to Loan, Maintenance Fees, and Down Payments

- Posting reports balancing
- Daily reporting to Clients
- Processing refunds and posting
- Chargeback Management
- CRM management
- All other duties and projects as assigned by management

**Required Education and Experience**

- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
