**Engineering Operations Analyst** **General Summary** - Manage resource forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure optimal utilization of resources - Prepare monthly headcount review presentations to provide updates on resource allocation - Monitor project headcount planning in line with engineering roadmaps and approved targets - Validate timecard project charging to ensure accurate internal reporting and accountability - Support the hiring process, file pre-approval requests, and maintain internal tracking files for transparency - Ensure data consistency across all systems and spreadsheets to maintain data integrity - Assist with the creation of presentations and tracking of internal/external timelines for project management - Track and manage engineering KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement - Help in the development of engineering dashboards for efficient data visualization and tracking - Work on improving processes and reporting mechanisms to increase efficiency across teams - Perform other assigned duties to support engineering teams in achieving their goals **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in data management and analysis in Excel, TM1, Tempus, or other programs. - Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, project, or program management. - Ability to quickly understand new processes and learn new tools - Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Vlookup/Index Match) - Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills - Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate issues as they arise - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to organize effectively and document work thoroughly while working with local and remote team. - English fluent (>95% verbal and written). - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
