**General Summary**Looking for an Engineering Operations Analyst to provide operational support for project roadmaps. Responsibilities include managing and inputting data, developing data entry tools and workflows, and assisting operations and engineering leads with manufacturing and operational data management.- Manage manufacturing forecasting, tracking, and reporting to enable downstream planning and maintain accuracy.- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly comparative analyses of plans versus actuals.- Review and validate monthly data inputs for correctness and reasonableness.- Support monthly operational reporting activities.- Maintain data consistency across all systems and spreadsheets to uphold data integrity.- Assist in preparing presentations and monitoring internal/external action items.- Identify potential areas for improvement and participate in implementing enhancements.- Contribute to the development of data accuracy tools.- Collaborate on refining processes and reporting practices to improve overall efficiency.- Perform additional duties as assigned to assist global engineering teams in reaching their objectives.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with data management and analysis using Excel, TM1, Tempus, Microsoft Power Apps, or related programs.- Experience supporting engineering operations, finance, projects, or program management.- Ability to learn new processes and tools efficiently.- Intermediate Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Xlookup).- Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Capable of working independently, prioritizing responsibilities, and communicating issues when necessary.- Proficient in written and verbal communication; able to effectively document and organize work while collaborating with both local and remote teams. Skilled in presenting information clearly to varied audiences.- Experienced in utilizing AI tools and technologies to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.**Minimum Qualifications**- Fluency in English (>95% verbal and written).- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.- Strong communication skills; able to document and organize work thoroughly while working with both local and remote teams.
