**Job Title: Prompt Engineer**

**Location: - Remote**

Job Description
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years relevant technical work experience, preferably in Python or Java, with at least 2+ years developing and implementing Conversational AI solutions using LLMs and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- The Spanish Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent agentic frameworks to deliver multilingual conversational interfaces, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems focused on English-to-Spanish translation.

**Technical Skills**:

- Implement and enhance AI-driven multilingual conversations using Generative AI models, ensuring accurate and culturally-relevant Spanish translations.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies specifically for English-to-Spanish translation in AI-driven dialogue systems.
- Improve language mapping, intent retention, and tone adaptation to preserve the original conversational flow in translated interactions.
- Integrate translation workflows with external APIs, web services, and translation management systems to ensure consistency and automation.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and debugging of multilingual conversation flows and translation prompt quality.
- Continuously research improvements in multilingual LLM performance and drive innovation in translation-based prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt scalability, reusability, and adherence to translation and coding best practices.

Good to Have Skills:

- Conversational AI Platforms: Experience with Kore.ai or similar platforms supporting multilingual bots.
- Advanced LLM Development: Experience with LLM-based architectures focused on translation, multilingual support, or tone adaptation.
- IVR & Multimodal AI: Experience working on multilingual IVR systems, especially DTMF-based bots with Spanish/English switching.
- Innovative Conversational AI Projects: Demonstrated experience deploying scalable, translation-enabled conversational interfaces using Generative AI.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
