Liderar la preparación de las Reservas de E&O (Exceso y Obsolescencia) para Equipos cada mes y proporcionar comentarios/análisis sobre los cambios Mes a Mes.
Coordinación del proceso de cierre de fin de mes con los controladores de planta.
Apoyar el proceso de pronóstico de inventario, recopilando información del equipo de planificación, operaciones y cartera, y presentar/resumir el cambio de pronóstico a Finanzas y FP&A Corporativo.
Ayudar a identificar áreas de riesgo con inventario envejecido.
Apoyar el ciclo de vida del producto al final de su vida útil con un apoyo específico sobre el riesgo financiero generado por el exceso de inventario.
Revisar las órdenes de producción/WIP para garantizar mejoras en la eficiencia de las variaciones y asegurar el cierre oportuno de las órdenes.
Analizar errores de órdenes de producción en el sistema (COGI).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las plantas de Equipos con el calendario de cumplimiento, la integridad de la documentación de prueba y la entrega oportuna de evidencia de control a los auditores.
Rastrear el rendimiento de los controles clave y el progreso a través de actualizaciones regulares de KPIs (por ejemplo, precisión del conteo cíclico).
Coordinación de insumos para los procesos de FP&A regional según lo indicado.
Participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos. ¿Qué herramientas necesitas para tener éxito?
Experiência laboral en Finanzas o campos relacionados.
Inglés avanzado obligatorio (reporta a USA).
Experiência con sistemas de planificación y consolidación financiera como OneStream o Hyperion (HFM/Essbase).
Experiência desarrollando informes de rendimiento y presentaciones para la gestión, permitiéndoles aprovechar y maximizar los resultados financieros.
Competencia en SAP y herramientas de inteligencia empresarial.
Experiência con Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización de datos similares.
