Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

We are hiring an **Operations Business Intelligence Analyst** to join our Supply Management Analytics Team. This role will partner with the business to provide meaningful insights from trusted data to manage and monitor our supply chains and support business decisions by analyzing complex data sets and identifying trends and patterns.

**Who You Are**:
You have a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization, as well as experience working with large data sets. You are able to solve problems with a strong ownership mentality and have excellent analytical and communication abilities. You have experience establishing deadlines, defining next steps and providing recommendations on next actions to complete.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, supply chain, finance or related fields
- 1-5 years of related professional experience
- Advanced English spoken and written is a must.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with Tableau visualization development
- Prior experience with SAP Business Warehouse

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Work closely with supply chain leaders to provide data that is accurate, congruent and reliable and ensure that information is easily available to users for direct consumption and/or integration with other systems
- Utilize Tableau to create visualizations
- Report development and maintenance within SAP Business Warehouse
- Troubleshoot and root cause analysis
- Ad hoc reporting
