**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

PepsiCo operates in an environment undergoing immense and rapid change. Big-data and digital technologies are driving business transformation that is unlocking new capabilities and business innovations in areas like eCommerce, mobile experiences and IoT. The key to winning in these areas is being able to leverage enterprise data foundations built on PepsiCo’s global business scale to enable business insights, advanced analytics and new product development.

What BI Data Visualization team does:

- Coordinate and enhance the reporting agenda. Design and develop visualization capabilities and automate & enhance reporting.
- Business Partner with the functional and technology teams for continues improvements, service delivery, troubleshooting and any data or performance issues.
- Develop data analysis capabilities with business focus and enhance control processes.

Role will focus on PepsiCo Global BI Development on approved Tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python among other. Role will support BI activities to ensure dashboards are designed aesthetically and fully optimized including data security aspects.

**Your Impact**

As BI Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Play the role of gatekeeper for new requirements related to key that request support to BI Reporting by providing solutions either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
- Must have experience visualizing raw, transformed, and modeled data via different platforms such as Power BI and Tableau for business partner consumption.
- Explore, understand, and automate new and emerging visualizations with different software tools.
- Oversee coordination and partnerships with Business Teams, Business Relationship Managers, Architecture and IT services teams to develop and maintain Strong BI best practices and standards.
- Support BI Development on Power BI / Tableau.
- Coordinate the continues improvements meetings, new business needs and operational changes.
- Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to Development & Optimization standards.
- Propose automation and enhancements in data quality process across sector evolving from manual validations to intelligent validations leveraging with technology.
- Identify new technology that supports new business needs.

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or any other related.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in BI Development.
- Data Modelling & Data Management relevant experience
- Power BI -strong knowledge
- Proven experience in developing complex dashboards with heavy data volumes.
- Fluent English proficiency

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
- Ability to excel in a high demand, performance-driven environment, working on multiple tasks in parallel.
