At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Data & BI Analyst****Main Purpose**Supports the performance management agenda, providing KPI visualization tools for the multiple functions of the MBS.**Accountabilities**- Database analysis and Dashboards development in Power BI.- Project analysis, solutions design, quality testing, deployment, training, and documentation.- Advices Functions on process documentation & Controls for dashboard solutions.- Processes analysis and design from an automation approach.- Project Management, Agile Methodologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.- 3 years of experience in BI Tools (Power BI a must & Tableau PREP desired)- 1+ Years experience using databases (Desired SQL Server or MySQL )- Advance Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX)- Data Analytics, Cognitive, New technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of databases.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Desired: 2+ years of experience in technology project management.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
