**Responsibilities**:
**Data & BI Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
Supports the performance management agenda, providing KPI visualization tools for the multiple functions of the MBS.
**Accountabilities**
- Database analysis and Dashboards development in Power BI.
- Project analysis, solutions design, quality testing, deployment, training, and documentation.
- Advices Functions on process documentation & Controls for dashboard solutions.
- Processes analysis and design from an automation approach.
- Project Management, Agile Methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in BI Tools (Power BI a must & Tableau PREP desired)
- 1+ Years experience using databases (Desired SQL Server or MySQL )
- Advance Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX)
- Data Analytics, Cognitive, New technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Desired: 2+ years of experience in technology project management.
