We are looking for an experienced Analytics and Planning Manager professional to join our Analytics and Planning Team in Mexico City as Analytics and Planning Manager.

What you will do*

Web Analytics responsibilities: *

*
Create a pipeline to continuously find opportunities to drive site development and clearly communicate findings to senior stakeholders
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, integrate various data sources and continuously enhance the data landscape with new sources, tools and approaches
- Oversee the use of tools to extract and analyse data generated by online user activity
- Support team members in their development
- Track and understand customers’ cohorts to identify patterns to improve purchase frequency
- Communicate insights and provide solutions that have demonstrable results
- Work with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions
- Understand the behaviour and expectations of online visitors
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and design

Planning responsibilities: *
- Be in close contact with Merchandising and Demand planning teams
- Seasonal, NOS and in-season budget and range plans
- Short-term and long-term sales and margin forecast for O&O and Omnichannel
- Overall stock by defining the product lifecycle from go-live to clearance
- Sale and in-season promotional strategy (calendar, assortment and discount) using a Price Optimisation tool
- Support Supply Chain & IT teams on the definition of Warehouse inbound and outbound forecast

What you’ll bring*
- 5+ years of work experience in web analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., informatics, business informatics, engineering)
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics, SQL, HTML and Google Analytics
- Ability to communicate technical and complex information digestibly to various stakeholders
- Experience in agile working environments and implementing A/B testing frameworks
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and preferred in Spanish; ability to communicate to the senior executive levels
