**This is an onsite position in Cuernavaca, Morelos.**

Thales is looking for a **Customer Service Analyst** who is primarily responsible for launching Sales Order into production as well as Purchase Orders check & archiving.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Launch Sales Order into production, no Non Conformities.
- Collect auditable documents for each Purchase Orders.
- Acknowledge Purchase Orders to Customer 48 hours maximum.
- Push to have executable orders.
- Launch Sales Order into production according to Customers’ requirements.
- Invoice Purchase Orders with correct data.
- Consistency of information: Backlog, Vista & PO Status.
- Backlog reports for SalesOp & Sales Team.
- Report forecast accuracy.
- Report accurate figures for PBR forecast review.

**Minimum Requirements**
- University Degree - Business Administration, International Relations,
- Fluent English
- Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, oracle (optional)
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in similar position.
- Customer oriented, empathy and negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
