**We will count on you to**:

- Lead the different projects of psychometric assessments, evaluations of potential, personality, competencies, leadership, etc., being aware of the schedule, work approach, budget and communication with interested parties, etc., guaranteeing project management in time and budget.
- Act as a technical expert on one or more psychometric-based HR solutions.
- Be a partner in the region to contribute to the sale of projects that respond to customer needs.
- Internally advise and train the sales team on the evaluation product and platform.
- Serve as Project Manager for different clients. Monitoring all projects in terms of implementation and customization with each of the clients, including the general management of service provision and solution design.
- Manage relationships with clients.
- Prepare, support and review translations of materials, manuals, etc., to deliver to the commercial area.
- Be a bridge between the regional team and India
- Support the commercial area, from your role as technical expert.
- Support business development and intellectual capital

**What you need to have**:

- 5 years of experience directing human resources projects, implementation of psychotechnical tests for clients, etc.
- Experience in consultative sales of evaluation products based on psychometric tests or technological platforms to Human Resources leaders.
- Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and effective communication skills.
- Solid organization, planning and monitoring skills.
- Self-confidence, security and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations adapted to the needs of the audience.
- Advanced English level.
- Teamwork and leadership to create synergies and collaborative results.
- Extraordinary skills to create and maintain business relationships
- Professional in careers such as psychology, administration, industrial engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of psychotechnical tests and client management.
- Experience in different countries in the region.

**What makes you stand out?**
- Experience of implementingTechnology and/or Talent assessment products to HR leaders.
- Experience of consulting online examination platforms and proctoring technologies to the education sector and/or online certification technology would be an advantage.
- Experience in HR functions like Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
