Description
Introduce, recommended, execute, interpreted, approve independent and objective product and material test to our customers.
Process owner for multiple tests technologies, main responsabilities in this role are:
A) Introduction of new equipment.
B) Improvements in test methodologhy
C) Failure analysis and corrective actions related with test aplication
D) Quality assurance
E) Ensure that environmental conditions required for test are appropriate
F) Training and certification of employees
G) Implementation of 5 S's culture
Position is also responsible to ensure that tests are implemented according customer or international standards.
Position can be involved in the product and process validation of the product designed or manufactured in different locations around the world, but mainly in those that have a project team located in Mexico.
Test equipment design:
Perform product requirements review together with the other disciplines
Create and review the test equipment design based on customer requirements
Develop prototype solution for new technologies
Develop and release the test equipment solution
Provide maintenance and implement change requests on the test equipment
Analyze and report the deviations and the problems found during maintenance
LTT development:
Perform product qualification requirements review together with the other disciplines
Contribute to the Qualification Program operation modes and load profile definition
Create and review the operation modes and parametric test strategy based on customer requirements
Develop, review and optimize LTT test plan
Provide the LTT Release report
Setup and maintain the LTT test environment
Support in analyzing and reporting the deviations and the problems found during qualification phase execution
**Qualifications**:
Education level: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related; Highly preferred Master's Degree (Mechanical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Chemical Engineer)
Work experience:
- At least Experience in Electronic Industry for 2 and above years
- Lenguaje skills: English advanced ( interviews will be in english )
- At least 3+ years f experience in testing area.
Knowledge:
- ISO17025 is highly desirable
- Problem solving methodology
- New product launch is highly desirable
- 5S's culture
