1. Responsible for providing manufacturing support for existing products and for developing and introducing new products or transferences of equipment and machinery from other sites 2. Responsible for NPI in high visibility projects 3. Identify cost out opportunities in production, and analyze the financial and technical feasibility of the projects 4. Designing and developing manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures that result in sufficient capacity to meet customer demand while also promoting product quality, process efficiency and operator safety 5. Oriented towards the existing manufacturing processes and continuous improvement 6. Needs to work well in high-pressure environments and skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions 7. Work in very close relationship with design teams during the tollgates phases 8. Knowledge of design and manufacturing validation protocols 9. Provide manufacturing documents, assembly procedures, VA's and equipment maintenance 10. APQP Process knowledge (PPAP, PFMEA, PFD, CP, etc)
Experiência y requisitos
1. Fluent english 90%, high level spoken and written / Also Fluent Korean spoken for comunication with customers & Clients. 2. Mechanical, Electromechanic or Electrical Engineer 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package 4. Lean Manufacturing experience 5. Skills, self-motivated, able to work with multidisciplinary teams
