**Requirements**
- Native or near native English Speaker
- Easily to connect with others.
- Organized.
- Accountability and Punctuality.
- Time Management and Planning.
- Creativity.
- ESL Certifications not necessary but welcome.
**Responsibilities**
- Hold in-class and/or online English sessions with the students.
- Help to develop speaking skills regarding the students’ job field.
- Improve student learning (provide instructional feedback; coaching, counseling, monitoring, and appraising learning results).
- Develop teaching aids (audiovisual and computer-based; schedule and assign instructional activities).
- Keep the classes entertaining and fun.
- Maintain student records by documenting learning accomplishments, attendance, and behavior.
- Attend to brief workshops provided by the institution.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Comply with the institution regulations for teachers.
