Gerente de Supply chain RESPONSABILIDADES. - Planifica y administra actividades que incluyen la recepción, el control de inventario y la distribución oportuna de materias primas y piezas compradas a clientes internos y externos. - Planifica y administra todas las actividades para incluir la liberación oportuna de pedidos, materias primas y el mantenimiento de níveles óptimos de inventario. - Elabora y presenta informes semanales y mensuales. - Administra y dirige a personal de supply chain - Cumple las metas y objetivos anuales del departamento. - Trato directo con Proveedores.

Experiência y requisitos

REQUISITOS. - Licenciatura, ingeniería, o afin. - Experiência con personal a su cargo y habilidades de liderazgo. - 5 años de experiência - Ingles (indispensable) Experiência: - Conocimiento de la gestión de materiales/logística ( JIT, Kanban, sistemas push/pull, rendimiento de materiales, carga de departamentos), gestión del sistema MRP y reducción de inventario. - Experiência en producción/piso de producción. - Debe estar orientado al equipo con habilidades de liderazgo - Habilidades demostradas de planificación, organización, comunicación y seguimiento con éxito comprobado - Amplio manejo de excel, programas gráficos y sistemas MRP. (deseable) - Certificación APICS - Conocimiento práctico de Oracle - Conocimiento práctico de Highjump - Conocimiento del producto del calentador de agua.
