**Production Coordinator**
- 5- 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical knowledge in SMT, conformal coating, manual assembly, and wave soldering operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams with assertive communication and effective people management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Flexible to rotate between shifts as required.
